Truganina North Secondary School

Truganina North Secondary School

Truganina North Early Learning Centre (K3-4) is a Council-operated facility co-located with Truganina North Primary School (P-6). The Centre has been designed as part of the Truganina North Schools bundle. We were able to provide tactiles, and stair nosings and skate stops to ensure this building was compliant.

Novotel Devonport

Novotel Devonport

Built as part of the Devonport Living City urban renewal initiative, the 187-room hotel features a restaurant as well as office space and meeting rooms. The hotel stands out as a feature of the area, greeting visitors to the state as they arrive on the Spirit of Tasmania and serving as a backdrop to the open space and parkland at the entrance to the Mersey River. We were able to provide our Duratred Elite matting that was shaped and had to suit a revolving door.

Burwood Brickworks

The apartment buildings, constructed by Hacer Group and designed by leading architects Rothelowman, will comprise of two six storey apartment buildings and 229 apartments, alongside landscaped outdoor community space, and will complete the 18-ha master planned community at Burwood Brickworks. We were able to assist in providing tactiles, stair nosings, and entry matting for this project.
